  Ensure the perfume is unopened, unused, and still in its original cellophane-wrapped packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number and the return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original box to prevent damage during transit and send it back to us using a trackable courier service.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our fragrance experts verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
